Bianca was nothing but wonderful. I have sold many houses over the years and she was by far the best. Not only did she get more then I was asking for pricewise. She made the process seamless. I always regretted all the paperwork. She was there to help me every step of the way. She made the paperwork as minimal as possible. She was great with doc you sign which made our whole process that much easier.That being said she was as tough as nails When it came to All of the issues that came about on the buyer side of things. I would not hesitate to use her again as she did a wonderful job..
