Bianca Torrence is a dedicated Realtor with 26 years' experience, serving Malibu, Coastal Communities and surrounding areas. She represents buyers and sellers in a broad spectrum of classes which include listing and selling homes, luxury vacation rentals, vacant land and new construction.

She has proven expertise in marketing and selling of new homes, new construction and tract-maps, working directly with builders, architects, engineers and homeowners, helping expedite their rebuild process. She is result-oriented and a proficient negotiator.

Bianca provides comprehensive sales and marketing solutions to all her clients while meeting their unique real estate needs. She implements a full service, tailored strategy for each seller, buyer and investor to ensure maximum satisfactory results.

A Malibu resident, Bianca is the President of the Malibu Association of Realtors, VP board member of Malibu CART, past President of the Malibu Rotary Club 2017-2019, and she is a 2017 Malibu Dolphin Award recipient.

Driven by a deep sense of purpose, Bianca established the David Torrence Legacy Foundation in 2020, honoring her late Olympian son who was a Track & Field USA champion and sub-4 Miler, who voiced the importance of anti-doping. Through his foundation, she champions clean sports among youth runners, empowering them and extending athletic resources.
