She has proven expertise in marketing and selling of new homes, new construction and tract-maps, working directly with builders, architects, engineers and homeowners, helping expedite their rebuild process. She is result-oriented and a proficient negotiator.

A Malibu resident, Bianca is the President of the Malibu Association of Realtors, VP board member of Malibu CART, past President of the Malibu Rotary Club 2017-2019, and she is a 2017 Malibu Dolphin Award recipient.

Driven by a deep sense of purpose, Bianca established the David Torrence Legacy Foundation in 2020, honoring her late Olympian son who was a Track & Field USA champion and sub-4 Miler, who voiced the importance of anti-doping. Through his foundation, she champions clean sports among youth runners, empowering them and extending athletic resources.
